Source Associated Press article A French script has been written to create the movie script for a novel by Jean Luc Godard, a French author who has said he will produce a film based on his work, a new development in the movie-writing boom.
Godard’s novel is called Ratatoulouille and it centers on the story of a French youth, Étienne-Claude, who is a child of an abusive father who has been released from prison.
The French language version of the book is written in French and translated by Godard himself.
He wrote the novel in 2008, about six years before it was translated into English by William Faulkner.
It was originally published in 2007 and it was adapted into an adaptation of the movie The French Connection, which was released in 2010.
It has since been translated into many languages, including French, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Hebrew, Polish, Arabic, German, Japanese and Chinese.
The book is not being adapted for a movie but it is being adapted to a TV series, said Marie-Françoise De Bruyn, a spokeswoman for De Bruys publishing company.
